When choosing a commercial dishwasher/glasswasher consider your demand at peak times.
If you want to save by buying a smaller model, assess how much extra crockery, cutlery and glassware you will need and whether it is worth the saving. There is nothing worse than running out of plates or glasses at busy times.
All models have the output capacity figure which you can use as a guide.
Also consider your kitchen space available for the machine and how your staff will access it. Most glass/dishwashers are floor standing but some can be table top as well. |
